Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring within a telemetry setting
• Accurately interpret cardiac rhythms and notify medical providers of significant ECG changes
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, adhering to established protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to plan, evaluate, and revise individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain meticulous documentation in electronic health records to ensure regulatory compliance and continuity of care
• Uphold safety and infection prevention standards throughout care delivery

Desired Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated recent experience in telemetry nursing (RN - Telemetry or RN-Tele)
• Proficient in identifying and responding to cardiac rhythm changes
• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) certifications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced hospital environments
