Key Responsibilities

• Business-to-Business Sales : Work directly with small and medium-sized business owners, managers, and employees in your designated territory, offering top-tier supplemental insurance products that provide financial security and peace of mind.

• Set and Achieve Goals : Develop strategies to meet sales targets and exceed client expectations.

• Overcome Objections : Use your problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and close sales.

• Manage Sales Pipeline : Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, and provide exceptional service throughout.

Qualifications

• Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain onewe will assist with licensing fees).

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience (previous sales experience is a plus).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• A strong desire to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.

Job Details:

• Compensation : $75,000 - $100,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses

• Schedule : Monday to Friday, weekends as needed

• Location : In-person, business-to-business sales
