You will ensure our site meets licence and legal requirements, with a strong focus on wastewater treatment operations. Reporting to the Health, Safety & Environment Manager, you will supervise two WWTP Operators and work closely with internal teams, regulators, and community stakeholders. Local role - no FIFO/DIDO required Annual salary reviews Discounted private health insurance and other financial employee benefits Access to our internal Employee Assistance Program that offers free, private and confidential counselling for you and your household Free products to take home Great workplace culture Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Ensure compliance with DWER and licence conditions Identify system improvements and implement procedural changes Manage environmental reporting, data analysis, and regulatory submissions Support capital planning and budget adherence Champion sustainability initiatives and HSE culture About you Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science (or equivalent experience) 1‑2 years’ experience in wastewater management (not essential but highly regarded) Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and environmental systems Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills Familiarity with SAP and environmental reporting tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
