Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, motivated CDL Class A or B Driver to join our tight-knit team at our Seneca, PA branch . In this role, you will be the face of Schneider’s Dairy, delivering fresh, high-quality products to our local partners. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Deliver the Best: Safely navigate and operate commercial vehicles to deliver dairy products to our local accounts.
• Own Your Route: Accurately fulfill product orders, ensuring correct quantities, delivery addresses, and proper paperwork.
• Stay Sharp on Tech: Complete and submit daily paperwork (invoices, load sheets, deposits) and maintain precise records using our digital handheld devices.
• Be a Champion for Customers: Provide friendly, top-notch customer service at every single stop.
• Keep it Safe: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment, always prioritizing safety first.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements & Qualifications)

• The Credentials: A valid CDL Class A or B with an Air Brake endorsement in good standing.
• The Experience: 1–2 years of CDL driving experience is preferred (experience in food/beverage delivery is a major plus!).
• The Hustle: High school diploma or GED; willingness to work nights, Saturdays, and overtime (40+ hours) as needed to keep our communities fueled.
• The Grit: Ability to work in various weather conditions, stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull up to 250 lbs. (with proper equipment).
• The Attitude: Strong communication skills, great customer service instincts, and a commitment to teamwork and safety.
