We help children in the Austin area build confidence, independence, and real-life skills through thoughtful, ethical ABA. We're led by a practicing BCBA, so the people making decisions about your caseload have actually carried one. That changes everything about how we structure your day.

What makes this different: you won't do this alone

This is the part most job posts skip, so we'll put it front and center. You have a team behind you whose entire job is to protect your clinical time:

• Client Care Coordinators who handle scheduling, family communication logistics, and the day-to-day coordination that usually eats a BCBA's afternoon.

• Dedicated billing and authorization support — so you're not the one on hold with a payer.

• Strong RBT training and onboarding , so the technicians you supervise come to you prepared, not green.

• Administrative systems designed to reduce documentation , not multiply it.

When we say we want you focused on clinical work and families, we mean we've staffed the rest of it.

What you'd actually do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and mentor RBTs (with real support behind you)

• Provide parent training and walk alongside families

• Monitor progress and adjust goals as kids grow and change

• Collaborate with a clinical team that talks to each other

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 with performance-based bonuses
