Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of nursing experience and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Scheduled Details

• Shift: Day Shift
• Hours: 12 Hours, starting at 7:00 AM

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required
• 3+ years of experience preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• NIHSS Certification

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing compassionate and efficient care to patients, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulations. Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assessing patient health problems and needs
• Developing and implementing nursing care plans
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitoring and recording patient conditions
• Educating patients and families on health management

Additional Requirements

• Floating may be required within the facility
• Weekend shifts will be scheduled every other weekend
• Holiday shifts may be necessary as needed

Orientation

Successful candidates will participate in a 24-hour orientation period, with the first 12 hours being non-billable.
