Regional Human Resources Generalist The Regional Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations and serves as a key resource for employees and managers. This role is responsible for employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, compliance, HR systems management, and supporting a positive and consistent employee experience across assigned regions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned regions, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and related documentation Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring documentation and workflow accuracy Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment support, life event changes, and employee inquiries Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, coaching, performance documentation, corrective actions, and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, internal policies, and audit requirements Support policy interpretation and consistent application of HR programs and employment practices Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention initiatives, and organizational communications Monitor HR trends and regulatory updates and recommend process improvements and best practices Prepare reports and maintain records to support compliance and operational needs Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required 4+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience required Experience supporting multi-state HR operations preferred Experience with UKG HRIS strongly preferred Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and employment law compliance Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr
