Licensed Contract Therapist

To support the pilot implementation of the Measurement-Based Care Therapy initiative, the part-time remote Contract Therapist will provide clinical interventions informed by patient-reported data, focusing on enhancing patient outcomes through targeted therapeutic support for individuals involved in MAT, Psych, and BH services. Key Responsibilities Provide on-demand therapeutic support for patients attending MAT appointments Review and interpret standardized assessment tools to identify trends and clinical needs Deliver brief therapeutic interventions, including supportive counseling, CBT, and MI Required Qualifications Master's level behavioral health clinician, preferably fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) Experience working with substance use disorders and/or MAT populations Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing and brief therapy models Experience with measurement-based care or outcomes-informed treatment preferred Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
