Corporate Associate Mid-Level

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will have experience in mergers and acquisitions or strategic support for start-ups and venture capital firms. Duties Provide counsel to early-stage entrepreneurs Represent companies and venture funds in financing rounds and M&A Engage in investor-side financing in growth equity rounds Maintain significant client contact, including interaction with CEOs and Boards of Directors Requirements JD from 2020 - 2022 Previous large law firm experience required Admitted or eligible to waive into the State Bar of New York Eagerness to work with emerging growth companies and funds Experience in M&A, venture capital financings, and/or growth equity financing transactions Excellent written and oral communication skills Education Juris Doctor (JD) Certifications State Bar of New York admission or eligibility Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
