Senior Premium Auditor

To support high-priority accounts and maintain quality oversight, the full-time Senior Premium Audit Reviewer will execute complex audit reviews, mentor new auditors, and analyze performance trends while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Perform audit reviews and secondary reviews for paid accounts, focusing on advanced quality assurance Monitor audit queues, assist in resolving bottlenecks, and track carrier return data to recommend process improvements Provide mentorship during onboarding and conduct reviews of test audits within designated programs Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in reviewing audits or a combination of reviewing and premium auditing WCIRB CompEssentials certification preferred Experience with Nexus or other audit management platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
