We are a medium sized company with a family atmosphere.Job Description This position is responsible for developing reports and analyzing data for the Quality Department. The individual is responsible for identifying, communicating and developing action plans to be reviewed by management for performance improvement.Essential FunctionsResearch and resolve complex reporting issuesProactively analyze reports for any and all types of Quality issuesAnticipate or identify issues and resolving them through observing issues and recognizing themesCreate and run reports for Quality based on criteria for metricsTrain employees on company establish standards on running reportsEnsure reporting data are correctCommunicating with Quality department resolving issues and providing clarification of dataMeet deadlinesCreating analytical reports and presenting to Senior ManagementLead medium to large projects related to department needsPerform assessments, analytical research and support including, but not limited to: root-cause analysesSkills and KnowledgeAdvanced computer skills including MS Excel and Epic experience preferredIntermediate level of investigating and finding root-cause analysisAbility to work autonomously making decisions for resolutions to complex issuesExcellent communication skills including the ability to explain complex technical issues to individuals with little technical knowledgeAnalytical skills with reportingEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors preferred5+ years' experience in a clinical and/or office environment5+ years with EMR preferably EPIC5+ years working with individuals in various levels of an organizationEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
