Job Overview Mid America Health (MAH) is currently seeking a Full‑Time Dentist (40 hours/week) to work between the Chillicothe Correctional Facility and the Ross Correctional Facility in Chillicothe, OH. This general dentist position is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and is ideal for new graduates, retired dentists not ready to retire, or those looking for a non‑private practice setting. The role involves general dentistry with screenings, exams, extractions, and fillings. Limited endodontics are provided, but no orthodontics, crowns & bridges, or complex oral surgery. The position offers competitive wages, dedicated work hours (no late nights or weekends), low stress, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), generous paid time off, paid holidays, flex spending, and a health savings account. Compensation is $90 per hour. Job Duties Procedures include preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care. Very limited endo with no orthodontics, crowns & bridges, or complex oral surgery.
