Manage end-to-end Oracle Financials Cloud implementations for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) track, with a strong focus on Customer Data Management (CDM), Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Billing, ensuring scalable and standardized customer-to-revenue processes.

Configure Oracle Financials Cloud modules for Customer Data Management (CDM), Accounts Receivable, and Collections to enable accurate customer setup, efficient invoicing, and compliant financial processing across global entities.

Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders to define customer hierarchy, billing relationships, invoicing structures, and credit management processes, translating them into detailed Oracle Cloud functional designs.

Design and govern customer master data structures, including customer hierarchies, account relationships, billing sites, and legal entity mapping to support global and multi-location business models.

Oversee customer data governance, cleansing, and migration activities, ensuring data quality, standardization, and completeness for seamless O2C operations.

Define and implement end-to-end O2C processes, including customer onboarding, order-to-invoice flow, credit management, dispute handling, and collections strategies.
