Work Environment\nThis role provides the flexibility of remote work, utilizing telehealth platforms that enable you to reach clients in need regardless of their location. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. \n
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions. \n
- Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment strategies as needed based on client feedback and assessments. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing immediate psychological distress, ensuring safety and support. \n
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions in line with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals—to ensure clients receive comprehensive, holistic care. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision, training, and staying updated on the latest research and methodologies in mental health. \n
- Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and professional standards as mandated by relevant licensing boards and organizations. \n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Your role is crucial in providing therapeutic support tailored to each individual, fostering their resilience and promoting coping strategies to enhance their overall mental health.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required. \n
