Travel RN - Operating RoomAmerican TravelerAttleboro, Massachusetts, United StatesPosition ID: P-756142Position status: OpenAssignment type: travelShift: DaysLength (weeks): 13Openings: 1Start date: 2026-10-26$2,718.00/week (estimated advertised weekly pay)DescriptionAmerican Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with strong orthopedic circulating experience for a 13-week day shift assignment.DetailsOperating Room setting performing approximately 25 cases per dayPatient population includes pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatricsCase mix includes general, GYN, heavy orthopedics, cysto, ophthalmology, ENT, podiatry, and small amounts of vascular, neuro, and thoracic surgeryDay shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PMUses Omnicell medication system and Cerner documentation systemCall required on both weekdays and weekendsHoliday rotation requiredNo floating requiredRequirementsActive MA RN license required in handBLS certification required; ACLS preferredMinimum 2 years of OR nursing experience requiredStrong orthopedic circulating experience required, including arthroscopies and total joint replacementsExperience with additional orthopedic procedures preferred, including ACL reconstruction, arthrotomy, carpal tunnel release, closed and open reduction of fractures, laminectomy/discectomy, and spinal fusionEpic or Cerner charting experience required for first-time travelersAdditional InformationMust be able to circulate all orthopedic cases including arthroscopies and total jointsFirst-time travelers considered if they have 2-3 years of experience and either Epic or Cerner experienceReturning staff must wait one year before being eligible to return as a traveler
