People Operations Coordinator - Hybrid HR (SF)

Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy is seeking an HR Coordinator to support employee experiences from onboarding to offboarding. Based at Fort Mason, San Francisco, this full-time, non-exempt role offers a hybrid schedule with onsite days and occasional park-site visits.

You will manage onboarding, HRIS data, background checks, and confidential records while collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Payroll teams to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
