What We're Looking For:

• Epic Certification:
  • Required: Active Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Certification
  • Required: Active Epic Hospital Billing Claims (HB Claims) Certification
• Epic Experience (2+ years):
  • Proven experience in Epic design, build, and implementation within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong preference for Epic Patient Billing experience.
  • Proficiency with Epic "assisted application " modules.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Technical Acumen:
  • High-level proficiency across all phases: application analysis, workflow analysis, build, testing, and system support.
  • Solid understanding of hospital operations, registration/scheduling environments, and clinical process integration.

Your Role & Responsibilities:


s an integral part of our project team, you'll be responsible for:

• Completing Epic application build tasks for our new EHR system.
• Collaborating with stakeholders on workflow analysis, build documentation, and translating requirements into functional features.
• dhering to project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensuring system specifications align with Epic Foundation standards.
• Producing high-quality application design, testing, and training documentation.
• Following established governance standards (change control, migration paths, ticket tracking).
• Fulfilling Epic build requirements in your certified module.
• Participating in design sessions, testing, workflow discussions, and go-live activities.
• ssisting with workflow adoption, training, documentation, and identifying risks/optimization opportunities.
• Delivering tasks accurately and on schedule, contributing to overall project success.
