Licensed Massage Therapist

Mindful Motion is an advanced massage therapy center located in Jacksonville Beach, FL. We specialize in various massage treatments and have a strong background in clinical-based bodywork with a holistic approach. We are looking for one exceptional LMT to join our team. We are seeking an LMT who is flexible, reliable, and available to help cover shifts when team members are out. This role includes priority booking during coverage needs and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying consistently busy. Beginning in August , this position will grow into a substantial part‑time role (3–4 days per week) . Until then, hours will gradually increase as you assist with coverage and integrate into our team. A flexible schedule with open availability to accommodate day of appointment requests is required. We currently need a therapist who is open: weekend rotation (required) week days: 2-8 PM (required) You’re a great fit for our team if you’re looking for a long‑term company to grow with. Deep tissue, Neuromuscular, cupping, MLD, barefoot Ashi, Craniosacral, Reiki, Myofascial release, additional modalities and experience working with special populations is a plus! The ability to understand chronic pain patterns and articulate their knowledge to clients is also a requirement. Position Details: 1099-contractor, Part-Time $40‑$75 starting BASE pay please note: the starting pay is determined based on interview performance and does NOT include tips Keep 100% of tips Flexible schedule Rotating weekend availability is a requirement Day of on‑call is a requirement- you set your on‑call notice (e.g. 2‑3 hours notice) Exceptional competitive pay Exuding strong work ethic and client feedback- pay raises administered throughout your tenure. Paid weekly by direct deposit every Monday Properly manage your schedule, pre-bookings and log all payments and client SOAP notes Routinely participate in concise communication with clients and team members You are required to bring in your own tools: oils/creams, tools and linen sets (office linen sets available for use at $3 per set as we pay for a professional linen service) Hot stones, cups, IASTM scraping tools, crystal sound bowls, essential oils available for use Required candidate must: Have current/active MA license by the FDOH Have current/active liability insurance Have the ability to perform three to five 60, 90, 120-minute sessions in a single day. Experience with intricate massage techniques and modalities Exude strong interpersonal communications and critical thinking skills Articulate, confident strong mental acuity and professionalism- the ability to work with various populations, explain pain patterns/anatomy and physiology in detail, is a must Organized with a strong attention to detail Available for agreed upon team meetings (virtual and in person) and outings Serious Inquiries Only.
