Senior Tax Manager

Location: New Orleans, LA

A respected CPA firm in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join its team. Work arrangement: In office, transitioning to hybrid.

Responsibilities:

Review complex federal and state tax returns for businesses and individuals
Research tax issues and assist with tax planning
Communicate with clients and respond to tax inquiries
Supervise and develop staff and seniors
Manage engagement timelines and deliverables
Support practice leadership, client relationships and business development

Qualifications:

Relevant public accounting experience at the senior tax manager level
CPA preferred
Strong technical, organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
