LPN/ Nurse Manager $31.50-$39 7pm-7am (Part-Time)

Community: Vitalia Active Adult Community at Solon Position: Wellness Nurse Manager (Part-Time) Location: Solon, Ohio Starting wage: $31.50 - $39.00 per hour Shift schedule: Thursday 7pm-7am Responsibilities Be a Superior Supervisor: In the absence of department heads, this position is in charge of the building, actively leading the wellness team and other departments to ensure quick, reliable, person-centered care is provided. Be a Force on the Floor: A good leader sets a good example, is available to help with call lights or resident requests, and demonstrates a sense of urgency that prioritizes resident needs of all sizes. Be a Diligent Documenter: Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately, efficiently, and file them correctly. Be a Compassionate Caregiver: Exemplify Arrow’s core values and ensure every interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and ends with the resident feeling safe and cared for. Qualifications License as an LPN or RN in good standing in the state of employment. Thorough knowledge of current care standards and regulations. Comprehensive understanding of medication regulation and law. Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to residents. Experience in hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents is preferred, but not required. Experience with an electronic medical record (EMR) is preferred, but not required. Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication in English with residents. Positive, energetic attitude and passion for caring for residents. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift. Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds and perform two‑person transfers. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, or recovery after a fall. Criminal background clearance required.
