Event Assistant

Position Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant to help coordinate event logistics, prepare materials, support attendees, and assist with on-site activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands‑on environment, works well with others, and can manage changing priorities during event preparation and execution. Responsibilities Assist with preparing event spaces, equipment, displays, and promotional materials. Organize supplies and confirm that required materials are ready for scheduled activities. Welcome attendees and provide general information about event programs. Support registration, check-in, and visitor direction as needed. Coordinate with event team members to complete assigned tasks on schedule. Maintain clean, organized, and presentable event areas. Assist with event setup, breakdown, and storage of materials. Monitor supplies and report shortages or logistical concerns. Respond to routine attendee questions and refer complex inquiries appropriately. Follow event procedures and applicable workplace safety guidelines. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational abilities and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing requirements. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
