Location: Toledo, OH | Fully Onsite
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually

What You'll Do

• Build Business Relationships: Work directly with business clients to establish relationships, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop New Business: Support client acquisition efforts through prospecting, outreach, relationship building, and face-to-face business interactions.
• Manage Client Accounts: Help develop and maintain business accounts while supporting client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
• Learn Sales Strategy: Participate in structured training to develop skills in sales presentations, negotiations, account development, and client relationship management.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work alongside experienced professionals to meet business objectives, share best practices, and contribute to team success.
• Develop Leadership Skills: Learn the fundamentals of coaching, team development, performance management, and business operations as you progress.
• Drive Results: Work toward individual and team goals while developing the skills necessary for increased responsibility.

Compensation & Training

• Annual Compensation: $60,000–$70,000.
• Paid Training: Structured onboarding, hands-on instruction, and ongoing professional development.
• Compensation Transparency: The compensation package will clearly outline guaranteed base pay, any guaranteed training-period compensation, and any performance-based commissions or incentives.
