As a Sales Advocate at Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, you are the person who helps customers find the right device and plan to make all of that work. This is real sales: conversations, problem-solving, and closing. Not register-watching. You might be a fit if: You can hold a real conversation with anyone, from first-time phone buyers to small business owners You pick up new tech fast (iPads, POS systems, carrier apps) with no hand-holding needed Monthly goals motivate you rather than stress you out You listen to the customer first and sell second; the best solution wins the sale What your day actually looks like: Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices Occasionally represent the brand at community events Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays What you need: 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to pass a background check Strong communicator, written and verbal Self-starter with a results-focused mindset Previous retail or sales experience Hospitality background Familiarity with wireless products and services Physical requirements: This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
