Marketing Listing Coordinator

Job Summary

NAI Wheelhouse is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm based in Lubbock, Texas. Our team specializes in landlord and seller representation across West Texas and the broader region, delivering strategic marketing, market expertise, and hands-on service to our clients.

We are seeking a Marketing Listing Coordinator to support our brokerage team with listing marketing, property promotion, and general marketing operations. The Marketing Listing Coordinator will play a key role in preparing marketing materials, managing listing information across platforms, and ensuring our properties are professionally represented across all channels.

Duties

• Coordinate with brokers to gather property details, photos, and updates needed for marketing materials
• Create and update property marketing materials including flyers, offering memorandums, presentations, aerial maps, site plans, and other listing visuals
• Photograph properties and listings to support marketing materials and online listings
• Assist brokers in preparing listing proposals, pitch materials, and client presentations
• Support the management of property listings across marketing platforms and internal databases
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and property announcements
• Help ensure listing information remains accurate and consistent across all marketing channels
• Support social media and digital marketing efforts for new listings, closings, and company announcements

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or real estate support roles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator & InDesign
• Ability to learn and manage listing platforms and CRM systems
