Quality Inspector Location: Batavia, OH Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Step into a Quality Inspector role in Batavia where precision matters and pride runs deep. You'll spot the flaws, fix the flow, and make sure every product leaves the line ready to roll. Requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and self‑motivated work ethic Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and work rules Ability to use inspection, measuring, and testing equipment Reliable attendance and willingness to complete required training Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Duties Perform sorting, inspection, and production‑related tasks Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications Complete data entry and data collection activities as required Read and follow work instructions, procedures, and directions Use inspection, measuring, and testing equipment accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Complete required training programs and follow company policies Assist with additional quality and production duties as assigned Benefits Solid Weekly Pay: Good money, fast payouts.
