Position Overview: We are looking for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Psychiatric‑Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certified across the lifespan to join our Developmental Pediatrics department in St. Louis, Missouri. The position is available at Cardinal Glennon campus and O'Fallon, IL. The role collaborates with pediatricians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of developmental conditions, and may contribute to Quality Improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Collaborate with pediatricians and interdisciplinary teams to assess, diagnose, and treat developmental conditions. Provide outpatient clinic care within a 100% clinic setting. Contribute to quality improvement (QI) projects and continuous care improvement. Manage your own patient panel and work in a supportive, patient‑focused environment. Qualifications Graduate of a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program. Hold PNP or PMHNP certification. Ability to obtain and maintain Missouri licensure. Experience with pediatric mental/behavioral health preferred. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team‑player attitude.
