Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2+ years' experience required
• Inpatient & outpatient experience required
• Current NM licensure required
• Pending NM state licensure approved, must be included with submission

Assignment Details

• Mon-Thurs, 8a-6pm.
• Fri, 8a-12p.
• Work at hospital one Saturday per month.
• 13-week assignment.

Location Highlights

Carlsbad, New Mexico offers access to Carlsbad Caverns National Park, located about 25 miles southwest of the city, and the Pecos Riverwalk, which runs through town with trails and public recreation areas. Living in Carlsbad places travelers near Sitting Bull Falls Recreation Area, roughly 45 miles away, and the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens State Park, located on the western edge of the city. The area supports an outdoor lifestyle with boating and fishing at Brantley Lake State Park, about 15 miles north, and hiking opportunities throughout the Chihuahuan Desert region.
