Senior Back End Developer

Location: Fully Remote (CET Time Zone) Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Start Date: Second Week of January 2025 We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, specifically utilizing the Django framework, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust back-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain back-end applications using Python and Django Design and implement RESTful APIs that handle several hundred requests per minute Integrate with various systems, including Microsoft 365, Exchange Servers, Google Calendar, HubSpot, etc Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality Utilize SQL for effective data management and database interactions Work within a Linux development environment and employ containerization tools like Docker Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and promoting best practices. Proven experience as a Back-End Developer, with a strong emphasis on Python and Django In-depth understanding of RESTful API design and development Solid experience with SQL and database management Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for high-traffic applications Experience working with integrations involving Microsoft 365, Exchange Servers, Google Calendar, and other third-party services Comfortable working in a Linux development environment Familiarity with Docker and containerization Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 100% remote Competitive hourly rate Assigned Account Manager for Developers
