Keysight is looking for a Product Manager with experience and expertise in mobile communication and enterprise network metadata, data processing and storage, metadata analysis, and AI. In this role, you will define and drive the vision for our metadata products and solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering value to the customers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, define requirements, and influence product development with focus on performance, scalability and usability.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of metadata products and solutions and lead them to success based on key metrics like customer experience score and revenue growth
• Collaborate with sales and solutions architects to meet with interested customers to help communicate the overall value and to validate product market fit
• Focus on customer scenarios, seeking to understand customer pain points and building functionalities that offer a compelling value-proposition across broader customer base
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable roadmap, and manage the backlog by prioritizing critical features based on the business case
• Stay informed about advancements and changes in 5G, cloud and virtual technologies, market trends, and competitive intelligence, and leverage that information to steer roadmap and strategy
• Work with marketing team to produce content for marketing collateral and updates
• Work with the program management to prepare content for PLC checkpoints and run PLC checkpoints
• Create and update product parts, perform pricing evaluation, and coordinate price changes in alignment with the stakeholders
• Present product updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Attend industry events to connect with customers, partners, and leaders in the network visibility industry verticals

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software product management experience
• 10+ years of experience with 4G/5G RAN and Core networks for mobile communications
• Expert knowledge of 3GPP specifications for mobile telecommunications, providing leadership in developing and supporting solutions
• Full understanding of mobility network architectures, historical and modern implementation of control and user plane, control plane protocols and the use of standard networking protocols on the user plane in mobile communications
• Familiarity with current worldwide regulations for metadata collection and storage, knowledge of lawful intercept is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with bigdata, storage, transmission, and analysis of mobile network metadata
• Understanding of mobile networking KPIs and knowledge of how to augment mobile network metadata analysis with the help of AI
• Familiarity of data pipelines in enterprise ML/AI systems, understanding of AI Ops and how AI models are trained and deployed.
• Demonstratable knowledge of ethernet protocols L1-L7
