The RN will collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient management. Conducting assessments, developing nursing care plans, and monitoring patient outcomes are essential tasks. The role requires maintaining a sterile environment and following infection control protocols. The RN must be proficient in operating room protocols and medication administration. Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary. Candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of working closely with healthcare professionals.
