is hiring for a Director of Human Resources
in the Greater Philadelphia Area . This will be a full-time on-site
position. The ideal individual will come from a life science manufacturing organization and will have strong knowledge of current market regulations and employment laws. You will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience by planning, developing, and implementing HR processes and systems that support the full employee lifecycle

: 150-180k DOE Responsibilities:
* Lead the HR team in delivering high-quality HR services and support across the organization.
* Plans, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, and initiatives to support
the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
* Anticipate and prepare accordingly to manage growth. Growth in employee count, growth in business capabilities, growth in geographic responsibility. Oversees and partners with recruitment and leadership to develop best practices for hiring new talent.
* Serve as a strategic advisor within senior leadership teams, influencing decisions that impact business outcomes, operational excellence, safety and long-term success, always keeping Segment and Global impact in mind and collaborating as needed across departments.
* Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
* Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human
resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate
changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management. Education & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. MS preferred.
* 10 years of HR relevant business experience- should have experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
* Successful track-record in working effectively at senior management levels to impact and influence decision making.
* Strong experience in working effectively within a matrixed environment and building alignment in a cross functional and team
* Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate and build relationships at all levels and to link business objectives with HR Strategy.
* Experience working in a fast paced changing environment
* Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, facilitating, team building, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Estimated Min Rate : $126000.00
