Support residents during evening routines and activities. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life. Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to nursing staff. Document care accurately and support a safe environment. Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership team members. Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere residents are proud to call home. What We're Looking For Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Resident Assistant, or Caregiver is helpful but not required. Passion for working with older adults and serving others.
