Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of an RN in a long-term care setting
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to facility policy and physician orders
- Monitor vital signs, assess resident status, and report changes promptly
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and rehabilitative activities as directed
- Document care in the electronic health record, including MAR and progress notes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust resident care plans
- Uphold safety, infection control, and fall-prevention practices

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a long-term care environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible to work in the United States for a travel assignment
- Willingness to travel to and work at the assignment location and follow facility policies
