We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description for SFMC BSA

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering : Capture campaign objectives, segmentation rules, personalization needs, and compliance requirements.
• Campaign Analysis : Review business documents (objectives, journeys, triggers) and translate them into SFMC implementation requirements.
• User Story Creation : Document clear, testable user stories for SFMC journeys, automations, and triggered sends.
• Testing & UAT : Support test case creation, UAT execution, and sign‑off for campaign readiness.
• Stakeholder Alignment : Communicate clarifications, document assumptions, and validate requirements with business owners.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in BA role
• Deep knowledge of SFMC modules : Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder.
• Experience with AMPScript, SQL, Content Build, Outbound Broadlog for personalization and data handling.
• Strong understanding of campaign workflows .
• Agile delivery experience (Jira, Confluence, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies).

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications: SFMC Admin, Salesforce Admin .
• Knowledge of quality gates, TID, and Go‑Live processes for SFMC campaigns.
