Warehouse Personnel (Night Picker)

Salary: $22.00 per hour (base hourly rate) + commissions eligible. Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00PM-3:30AM. Role Summary As a Warehouse Picker, you will use an electric pallet jack or fork truck and a voice pick system to build package and keg pallets for retailers. You will pick brands such as Budweiser, Bud Light, Busch, Stella Artois, Michelob Ultra and others, ensuring correct product loading on the right truck. Duties include maintaining a clean warehouse, reworking damaged product, loading trucks, spotting trailers, verifying pallets, and maintaining accurate inventory. Job Responsibilities Build stable pallets with orders and position them to loading docks from voice pick headsets. Utilize lean six-sigma tools to increase efficiencies and manage key performance indicators. Ensure load product meets Anheuser-Busch standards; quality is everything. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of facilities. Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards. Wrap orders before loading on trucks. Maintain equipment and report malfunctions. Job Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 pounds and fulfill all physical requirements of the job. Ability to work in a temperature range from 36°F to outside temperatures. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to obtain forklift certification (preferred). Working knowledge of Anheuser-Busch product portfolio. Previous consumer packaged goods or beverage industry experience, preferred.
