Scrum Master

Our client, an elite Am Law firm, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team! This is a 3–6 month contrac t with strong potential to convert into a full-time opportunity!! What You’ll Do Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritization Build reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to drive decision-making Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and knowledge repositories Track requirements throughout the SDLC (Agile & Waterfall) Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for new initiatives Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and with quality Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance user experience What You Bring 6+ years of experience in business analysis, project delivery, or related roles Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Custom Saas App experience is a must! Nice to Have Experience in professional services or regulated industries Bachelor’s degree in a related field Why Apply?
