Server Assistant

Job Summary The Busser is responsible for ensuring a clean and organized dining area, providing exceptional guest service, and supporting the FOH team to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. The Busser must work efficiently and effectively to keep the dining area running smoothly and support the servers in delivering high-quality service to guests. Supervisory Responsibilities None Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities Ensure a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables, chairs, and place settings. Assist servers with the delivery of food and beverages to guests. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining area. Assist with opening and closing duties, including the cleaning and maintenance of the dining area. Communicate effectively with FOH and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Perform other related duties as assigned. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience as a busser or related position preferred. The environment requires the team member to work inside in a temperature-controlled Required to work weekends and irregular hours. Requires working under stressful conditions. Must be able to work safely in a noisy area. Physical Requirements Must be physically able to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours a day. Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Requires maintenance of the dining area, including moving tables and chairs.
