Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a school-based Occupational Therapist, providing vital services to students throughout a well-supported school district. This full-time position spans the 2026-2027 academic year (August 17, 2026, to May 20, 2027), and offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

You’ll collaborate with another OT to serve a diverse caseload, each therapist sharing responsibility for approximately 400-500 students with IEPs across several closely situated schools. All school sites are within blocks of each other, making travel during the workday convenient and manageable.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid OT license and meet state requirements for school-based occupational therapy
• Proven experience or strong interest in working within a K-12 educational setting
• Familiarity with IEP process and documentation/evaluation in a school environment
• Adaptability to serve multiple campuses and manage a varied caseload
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with staff, students, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in line with IEP goals
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Consult and collaborate with educational teams, families, and administrators
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
• Provide support, resources, and education regarding therapeutic strategies/adaptations
