Position: Silk Screen Press Operator
Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 an hour (Based on Experience)

Job Description:

• In this role, you will operate a silk screen press to apply UV inks on plastic sheets while supporting production, quality control, and general manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate an automatic sheet-fed Sakurai silk screen press
• Apply UV inks to plastic sheets according to production specifications
• Assist with burning screens for press setup
• Use measuring tools such as dial calipers to ensure product accuracy
• Record production data and maintain daily logs
• Support general manufacturing and production tasks as needed
• Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting when required
• Operate a forklift as needed (if certified)
• Be willing to obtain a NJ Black Seal Boiler License to monitor steam generator operations

Shift/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
  Overtime available as needed

Job Requirements

• Previous production or machine operator experience required
• Print shop or screen printing experience preferred
• Ability to learn and operate specialized machinery
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Reliable and dependable attendance
