Key Responsibilities:
- Assist loan officers with the preparation and organization of mortgage application documents
- Communicate with clients to collect required information and provide timely updates
- Accurately input and manage loan data within internal systems
- Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and other internal teams to ensure efficient loan progression
- Manage calendars, set appointments, and follow up on action items as needed
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, especially within Windows environments
