What You Will Do

The FP&A team is growing, and this role has direct visibility into the business from day one. This is a real opportunity to shape how the finance function operates at a publicly traded company during a meaningful growth and transformation phase.

This role will focus on building and maintaining a rigorous, bottoms-up revenue projection model. You will work closely with the senior leadership to integrate pipeline data, booking trends, and product mix assumptions into a forward-looking view of revenue performance. Quantum sells hardware, software, and services, each with distinct billing cycles and accounting treatments, and understanding how those pieces interact is foundational to the role. You will be working with Salesforce pipeline data, layering in what operations can build and ship, and applying the right accounting treatment on the back end. This role will take on long-range modeling and price and quantity projections with direct visibility to the executive team.

Ambiguity doesn't slow you down, you have a knack for trying different solutions and iterating on them strategically until something sticks. Benefits

• Compensation: $75,000 to $110,000 base. The final range will be determined based on the candidate's experience and skill set.
