Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew to complete landscape maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively. Ensure high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations. Train and motivate team members to perform at their best. Safely operate and maintain equipment. Communicate with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Proven leadership skills and experience in landscape maintenance. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong organizational and communication skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
