Do you love fashion, staying up to date on current trends, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment? Plato’s Closet Hickory is always looking for motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team!

We buy and sell gently used, name-brand clothing, shoes, and accessories, giving our customers a sustainable and affordable way to refresh their wardrobes. Our team plays an important role in creating a welcoming shopping and selling experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Hours of operation are from 10:00am - 9:00pm

We’re looking for team members who are:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with customers
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Interested in fashion, brands, and current trends
• Comfortable learning how to evaluate and select inventory
• Detail-oriented and able to stay organized
• Willing to help with all areas of store operations
• Positive team players who are ready to learn and contribute

Depending on experience, availability, and current store needs, positions may include:

• Sales Associates
• Buyers
• Keyholders / Shift Leads
• Management Opportunities

Typical responsibilities may include assisting customers, operating the register, organizing and merchandising inventory, maintaining store appearance, processing incoming merchandise, evaluating items customers bring in to sell, and helping create an excellent overall customer experience.
