We are seeking an experienced, licensed Property/Casualty Producer with a proven track record of closing, retention, and production. This is a full-time, in-office role for candidates local to the Providence / Dedham area. We invest heavily in agency-provided live transfer leads and are looking for a producer who can consistently convert opportunities into results. Responsibilities Convert a steady flow of agency-provided live transfer leads Conduct coverage reviews and recommend tailored P/C solutions Cross-sell and round accounts to maximize customer value Work collaboratively between the Providence and Dedham offices Maintain high service standards that reflect a top-performing agency Requirements Active Property/Casualty license (required) Demonstrated success selling P/C insurance products Experience closing live transfer or warm leads Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently Local to the Providence/Dedham area and available for full-time, in-office work Compensation $74,000 – $140,000 per year (base + performance incentives) #J-18808-Ljbffr Marnette Bromberg - Allstate Insurance
