Talent Manager (Digital / Influencer)

Our mission is simple: to unleash the full creative potential of our clients by moving mountains. We’re currently looking for an exceptional Talent Manager or Sr. Talent Manager to join our team. This role is for someone who’s ready to take ownership, build their own roster, and grow alongside a company that’s scaling rapidly. If you're ready to work with the best—and be the best—this is your moment. *Please note, this is not a Human Resources / HR Role What You’ll Do: Serve as a trusted partner for talent, guiding them across business matters like social media growth, brand extensions, and industry trends. Cultivate meaningful relationships with top brands and agencies to generate revenue and secure impactful opportunities. Drive innovative pitches and project development for both your roster and agency-wide initiatives. Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with talent’s goals. Negotiate contracts with confidence and advocate for talent every step of the way. Scout and champion new talent, bringing fresh perspectives and voices to the table. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 2+ years in talent management with a track record of hands‑on work and creator success. Fluency in Digital: Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, plus the ability to speak brand and talent fluently. Sharp Communicator: Clear, confident, and persuasive with talent, teams, and partners. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑moving environments and wants to grow something meaningful.
