Cultivate meaningful relationships with top brands and agencies to generate revenue and secure impactful opportunities. Drive innovative pitches and project development for both your roster and agency-wide initiatives. Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with talent’s goals. Negotiate contracts with confidence and advocate for talent every step of the way. Scout and champion new talent, bringing fresh perspectives and voices to the table. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 2+ years in talent management with a track record of hands‑on work and creator success. Fluency in Digital: Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, plus the ability to speak brand and talent fluently. Sharp Communicator: Clear, confident, and persuasive with talent, teams, and partners. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑moving environments and wants to grow something meaningful.
