STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Configuration Analyst to join the team. The primary responsibility is to ensure systems, documentation, and all other applicable information is accurate and supports compliance to customer requirements Maintains control records and related files to release drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments. Determines and creates effective quality planning for all customer assemblies and details. Reviews all confirming orders and engineering changes for quality requirements. Maintains documentation to support quality management system. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes But is Not Limited To: Review of customer contracts and extraction of relevant information Review/creation of component information in ERP system Review/creation of component quality requirements Review/creation of Bills of Materials in ERP system Review/maintenance of engineering drawings Review/Maintenance of manufacturing routers Review/Maintenance of relevant work instructions Process/maintain tooling request Support all cross functional/internal request for information or support Recommend, support and lead the implementation of continuous improvement activities and process improvements to optimize results and improve delivery. Qualifications Qualification/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
