Sales & Care Coordination Manager [Remote]

Avant Care, a National home care company, is currently looking for an energetic Sales Manager/ Care Coordinator rock star who is experienced in closing, anticipating customer needs, and motivated by making the next sale.
As a Sales Manager/ Care Coordinator, you will follow a high-paced bit structured sales process networking with client referral sources and working directly with seniors in their homes.

We proudly provide residential care and home care in Atlanta, Georgia, to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses. We are composed of highly trained and competent staff members who are dedicated and experts in delivering care services in the comfort of our client’s home or one of our personal care home
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand a new or existing territory to enhance sales figures.
- Create and sustain connections for generating leads.
- Actively engage in community activities to promote the Avant Care brand.
- Direct marketing efforts toward local healthcare entities such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, doctors' offices, and medical clinics, along with local businesses like financial advisors and networking groups.
- The ideal candidate should be professional, articulate, and adept at presenting to diverse audiences, both professional and community-based. Daily tasks involve in-person marketing, community demonstrations, and delivering professional in-services.
- Engage with local businesses and healthcare providers to boost sales of in-home care services and assisted living placements.
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships and deliver premium service. Achieve or surpass set sales goals.
- Conduct educational presentations and staff in-services for community groups and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in local health fairs and awareness events. Become an active member of local networking groups and chambers of commerce. Identify and leverage community marketing opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the area.
- Track and analyze marketing effectiveness to guide program growth.
- Report marketing activities accurately and concisely to management.
- Formulate and share strategies and objectives for improved sales closure with the team.
- Regularly attend video conferences with the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Candidate Skill Requirements:
- Show practical experience in health care, including both in-home and institutional environments.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite with readiness to learn specialized software used in the Avant Care setting.
- Basic grasp of medical terms related to elderly care and rehabilitation, with a commitment to earn certifications in Health and Safety programs within the first six months of employment.
- Outstanding skills in communication and presenting information.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively as a member of a team.
