About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Client Services to join their dynamic team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing client service delivery, supporting client retention, and contributing to the evolution of the service organization. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strong client relationships, effective service delivery, and operational consistency. Key responsibilities include optimizing service offerings, supporting client retention efforts, and maintaining senior-level involvement in existing client relationships. The VP of Client Services will also be instrumental in the evaluation and adoption of emerging tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance workflows, operational efficiency, and client outcomes. Applicants for the VP of Client Services position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in client services, account management, consulting, or related fields, with a preference for those with agency or consultancy experience. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in a senior leadership or people management position, experience with complex, multi-disciplinary client accounts, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is also required. The ideal candidate will be adept at contributing to account planning, forecasting, and scope management, and have a background in working with consumer or CPG brands.
