You'll own data pipelines end to end from ingestion through processing to consumption, and work closely with data stakeholders across engineering, product, and ML to translate complex data challenges into scalable, maintainable solutions.Baton's data platform is the backbone of intelligent freight operations at Ryder scale, and this role exists to accelerate its growth. You'll take ownership of our streaming and messaging architecture, contribute to data model development, and refine the API layers that surface data across the organization.
