Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license or eligibility for licensure in the state or a compact licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and kneeling tasks.
